To place orders you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to update it when it changes.

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and prices accurately. However, we do not warrant that product information is always complete, current, or error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or amend orders affected by such errors.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We accept your offer when we confirm the order. Payment can be made by Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, or card (where available). By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

To ensure fair access for all customers, we limit purchases to a maximum of 5 units per product per order.

We offer two delivery options: Inside Dhaka (৳80) and Outside Dhaka (৳130), both with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 working days. Orders above ৳1000 qualify for free delivery in both areas. Delivery charges and the selected delivery area are saved with your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by delivery partners, weather, or public holidays.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Certain products, such as food items, may not be eligible for return once opened unless they are defective.

All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics, images, and software — is the property of K Basket BD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K Basket BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the 'last updated' date. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
